Note that, as shown above, there are no entries about the state of the swimmer between 5:10 a.m. and the end of the attempt just before 2 p.m. That’s a span of almost nine hours with no mention of Nyad’s condition at the most critical stage of the swim. The logs also show a gap of over six hours with no entries at all.
